Hi, I have tasks in my project plan that cannot be moved out such as set releases dates, if other tasks are completed without dependencies but then some tasks are dependent on some of the tasks (within reason of planned delays) of planning. If you use dependencies can you also not use them for some tasks or would that mess the end of project date? Hope that makes sense

Or.... you could transcribe the meeting verbatim and then drop the notes in AI and let the AI write/organize the notes for you. Much simpler

If you set up the dependencies for all subtasks, and you set the duration for all subtasks, and you enter the finish date for the first task, will the sheet then update the start and end dates for all interdependent subtasks?

Hi, can you please add your name to the channel as I find this content a good source to reference for my assignment. However I need your name besides the channel name Proper Project Management.

So the answer is you can SHARE a link to a non-user, but they cannot view anything unless they basically register an account and become a user. Pretty annoying imo. At least simple viewer mode should be available for non-users like with google sheets etc.

This was well done...we are using both right now at my company and there will most likely be a "why do we use two different products" conversation one day.
